ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All regular oral presentations are 15 minutes long including discussion.
Please bring your presentation (CD or USB port suitable memory stick) to the Speakers' Ready Room (next to the Main Lecture Hall) preferably a day before the date of your presentation and not later than 1 hour before the start of the session. If your presentation contains a movie please make sure that it is compatible with the system provided by the organizers (Windows XP, Office 2003 Enterprice).
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters must be mounted on Wednesday, June 11 or before the first oral session and remain on display until the end of the symposium.
Poster boards are 90 cm wide and 180 cm high.
Material for mounting posters will be provided in the poster area.
Authors are requested to be present next to their posters during the poster session for which their poster has been scheduled. The session is chaired.
Five minutes are allotted for each poster presentation. The authors are expected to present the poster in the most informative way within 3 minutes leaving 2 minutes for the discussion
Please note the following information regarding your presentation:
- Please check the Final Program for the poster board number assigned to you. On the top of your poster board you will find a label, indicating your Poster Number.
- Poster Area is located in the main Reception/Exhibition Area of the congress venue.
- Text and illustrations on your poster should be readable from a distance of at least
2 meters.
- Please note that the Organizing Committee doesn’t take responsibility for the belongings left in the poster area. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not dismounted after closing of the Symposium.
