Accommodation

Block bookings at reduced rates have been made at a variety of hotels (see HOTEL LIST below). Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate your order of preference on the hotel reservation form. If the hotel you have chosen is fully booked, First Class will reserve your second choice, third choice or a hotel of the same category. Participants can book the hotel ON-LINE (payments with a credit card only) or fill in the hotel RESERVATION FORM (pdf file) and returning it by regular mail, fax or as an attachment to the e-mail to the First Class Travel Agency (payments with a credit card or by a bank transfer). Bank accounts are the same as for the registration fee.

Prices are per room per night with breakfasts. All rooms have a private bath.

Applications should be accompanied by full payment by credit card or bank transfer to the First Class Travel Agency. No reservations will be confirmed before this payment is received. Upon receipt of the payment each participant will receive a final confirmation of the hotel booking and social event with an invoice. Please do not send any payment to the hotel. However, when checking out, all extras (mini-bars, telephone charges, room service etc.) must be settled with the hotel directly.

Notice on cancellation should be sent to the First Class Travel Agency in writing. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding:
